Terms & Conditions
These are the rules for using Rendezvous. By using the service, you agree to them. We've kept the language simple on purpose.

What Rendezvous does
Rendezvous lets you photograph an event flyer and turns it into a calendar file (a “.ics” file) you can add to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or any standard calendar app. You review the details before you save them.
Please double-check every event
Rendezvous uses artificial intelligence to read your flyer. AI is helpful but not perfect — it can misread a date, a time, or a place. That’s why we always show you the details before you save them.
Always check the event details against the original flyer before you rely on them. Rendezvous is not responsible for missed or wrong events caused by a misread flyer.
Your account
- You need an account to save your events and history. You can also try one scan as a guest.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, to use Rendezvous.
- Please give us accurate information, like a working email address.
Fair use
When you use Rendezvous, please agree not to:
- Upload photos you don't have the right to use, or that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the limits of the service.
- Use Rendezvous to build a competing product, or scrape or copy it.
- Use the service to break the law or harm someone else.
If someone misuses the service, we may pause or close their account.
Free and Pro plans
Rendezvous offers a free plan and a paid “Pro” plan.
- Free: 5 scans each month, with the last 30 days of history.
- Pro: 50 scans each month, with full history.
- Both plans allow up to 5 scans per hour so the service stays fast for everyone.
- A scan that we couldn't read (a blurry photo, or something that isn't an event flyer) doesn't count against your monthly scans.
We may adjust these limits over time. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll let you know.
Payments, renewals, and cancellations
If you upgrade to Pro, you pay in advance — either monthly or yearly. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from your account screen. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- When you cancel, you keep Pro until the period ends, and then your account returns to the free plan.
- Prices may change, but we'll tell you before a change affects you, and it won't affect a period you've already paid for.
Refunds. If something goes wrong or you’re not happy, email support@rdvo.us and we’ll do our best to make it right. Where the law gives you a right to a refund or a cooling-off period, we honor it.
The calendar files you create are yours
The events and calendar files you make with Rendezvous belong to you. To run the service, you give us permission to process your photo and event details as described in our Privacy Policy.
Everything else — the Rendezvous name, website, and software — belongs to us. Please don’t copy or reuse it without permission.
The service is provided “as is”
We work hard to keep Rendezvous running well, but we can’t promise it will always be perfect or available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Rendezvous is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we aren’t liable for indirect or unexpected losses, such as a missed appointment because of a misread flyer. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can’t be limited by law.
Ending your use of Rendezvous
You can stop using Rendezvous and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service. If we close your account, we’ll try to give you notice where we reasonably can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using Rendezvous after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If there’s a dispute, we’d always rather talk it through first — email support@rdvo.us.
