Email support@rdvo.us. Tell us what happened and we’ll help you sort it out. If a scan didn’t work, the screen shows a short code — something like “7QK-2M4”. Include that code and we can look up exactly what went wrong.

Billing and Pro
For anything about payments, renewals, or cancellations, email support@rdvo.us. You can also manage or cancel your subscription any time from your account screen.
